First I had a phone interview with a Houzz recruiter. Pretty standard phone screening discussing many of the questions previously mentioned Then there was an open house event. There was a presentation by some of the Houzz management team on Houzz. Each candidate also met with a member of management for a few minutes. A few days later I was called in for a one on one interview. The interview was with a senior recruiter and lasted about an hour. No trick questions but delved into detail about past activities and career history. A few days after that I had a sales call role play interview. I was given 30 min to prep at the office and the role play itself lasted about 20 min.
