There was an initial phone screening. Like others have stated, a majority of the questions related to high school. Mainly questions that had no relevance to the skills and qualifications of the position. Other than that, the Interviewer was very nice. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interviewer had great follow up and communication. Unfortunately, the in-person interview was not a very positive experience. It was cancelled on hour before my schedule. I was notified by phone that the particular day would not work. It was very unfortunate for me because I had re-arranged my schedule to meet with the company. They did allow me to reschedule the in-person interview at my own convenience. One of the interviewers was very disengaged during the process. Eye-contact was poor and this person seemed very focused on their laptop. In addition, the interview was borderline interrogative. The questions were geared towards my future career goals, "getting to know you", and the company. None of the questions focused on my skills or ability to do the tasks posted in the job description. Despite the lackluster in-person experience, they did a great job in immediate follow-up with a rejection notice.
