Interview
One of the worst experiences I've had in years of interviewing for PM positions. 6 interviews over 3 rounds. First 2 rounds were standard. Final round had multiple last minute changes in scheduling and personnel. First employee said the interviews were only supposed to be 30 minutes. Other employees took anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. I found out I did not get the position when I was emailed a generic survey from WorkDay to complete on the interview process and looked up my status in the jobs portal. I emailed my recruiter to ask for an update and received an email that they had gone on PTO the day before and would be out of office for a week. I would think that after 6 rounds and spending multiple hours interviewing that they would at least send a proper, formal rejection email.

Interview
1. Got a phone call from HR. 10m conversation which resulted in a home assignment.
2. Took the bait and completed the home assignment (it should take 3 hours, actually it took double).
3. Supposed to have an interview with the hiring manager (finally!), and instead, I was interviewed by the R&D manager.
What a joke!
