Interview
The process took 3 1/2 weeks from application to final offer. There were 4 stages in my interview process. There is an initial phone interview with HR to qualify you and then they asked me to come in for an "open houzz" a couple days later. The open houzz is just a brief background on the company followed by a 5-10 minute get to know you interview. They invited me back the following week for a more in depth interview and asked me questions about what I did in high school and college. I was then brought back for a role play phone call and following the role play was another in depth interview with a senior member of the team. I heard back in a couple days regarding the offer. The interviews are very easy as long as you brush up on your high school resume. The interviews were very conversational in nature and fairly easy. It's a long process of interviews and you're being asked roughly the same questions throughout, but the interview itself is straightforward.

Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
