Interview
I applied for two positions with Houzz and I ended up playing phone tag with my interviewer because he would respond to an email and then not respond to the next one confirming when he would call. When we finally connected on the phone he explained that the Brand Ambassador position was about 90% travel rather than the 50% listed in the job description. I was still interested in learning more about the position as well as following up with the other position I applied for. The interviewer and I connected really well and it was one of the best interviews I have ever had (or so I thought). At the end of the interview he said he would be contacting me for the next round and would also talk to the other team that I applied for so I could for sure get through the screening. Hearing this I was super excited and eager to learn more. I sent the customary thank you for your time note and waited two weeks only to receive a automated "you are not the right fit" email. It is safe to say I was highly disappointed, confused, and irritated because I really had a positive experience up to that point.

Interview
After applying received email to set up Google Hangout where I was told I would receive info for next step which was making a video. Submitted video via Youtube. No one ever viewed video but I received a rejection email.

Interview
This position is a joke. I was asked to do a Google Hangout after applying for the position online. Once that was complete, I was asked to submit a video presentation. Ok, no problem. A month later, I was finally brought into the office for the in-person interview after they rescheduled five times! Once I actually had the onsite interview, I was asked questions that had nothing to do with what I was asked to study. It felt like a total set up. I kept thinking to myself, am I on a hidden camera show? Don't waste your time.

I was contacted by a marketing manager to set up a time to do a google hangout, I was barely asked any questions. It was more just to get to know about the position a little more. After that I was asked to send in a video (presentation style) of me answering 3 interview questions.
