Interview
I applied online and was then contacted by a recruiter. We had a quick phone interview, and I was invited to the Open Houzz with other candidates. After that, I had a few more in depth interviews all with different managers. The follow ups between interviews were quick, and I was offered the position within 24 hours of my last interview. I really felt that because of their interview process, they got to know me well, and were able to determine if I was a fit for the position and with the company culture.

Just asked about previous experience, and my involvement in college. They also wanted to know why I was interested particularly in Houzz.
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
