Phone screen with VP of Marketing followed by a face-to-face interview and presentation with VP of Marketing and another team member. The process was fair and not outside of the ordinary. The interview questions were straight forward and everything moved quickly. For the face-to-face interview, preparation of a presentation was also required. The topic was provided and selected based upon a current focus within the company.
