Interview
Very long. I couldn't believe how many interviews you had to do for an entry level position. First you have a phone interview, then you get invited to open houzz, which basically gives you more information on the position and the company. After the presentation you talk to someone for like 5 minutes and it's pretty rushed. Then there's a another interview where you have to fill out a questionnaire and the interview is literally answering the question. Last interview is a mock call where you pretend to call someone to get them to sign up for the website and then a short interview which again goes over the questionnaire answers. Honestly, to go through the entire process of interviewing with them four times and actually research the company and do very well, then to not get hired felt kinda like a slap in the face and that they wasted my time.

What you were involved in during high school/college
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
