I applied online and was contacted the same day by a recruiter who gave me a phone screen/interview on the spot. Very easy, basic interview questions. At the end of the call she invited me to an "Open Houzz".
Arrived at the Open Houzz along with 15-20 other applicants. We were given an in depth presentation on the company and the account coordinator position (really sells ya). Each applicant was then called in for a 5 minute 1 on 1 interview.
I was contacted the next day and invited back for a 1 on 1 interview with the lead recruiter, I was also asked to submit a questionnaire. The interview was 30-45 minutes long, she hardly touched on the questionnaire but asked all the basic interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, customer service, challenges, teamwork, etc. see below).
The following week I was invited back for a fourth and final interview and role play. They give you 15 minutes to prep and it takes about 15 minutes to complete. I then met with the AC managers who interviewed me for about 30 minutes, very similar questions.
The next day I received a generic email telling me I did not get the position. In terms of getting feedback, she left no contact information so I called in to the other recruiter who had been calling/updating me throughout the process. I left a message however the only response I received was another generic email saying, she understood my disappointment, it's a highly sought after position, so I should just be happy I made it as far as I did, and that she was unable to provide any feedback. I felt that the way they treated me during the interview process versus after was very interesting and in all honesty, a little unprofessional.
