Interview
The first step was a casual 15-20 minute phone interview. Basic questions about past work experiences and high school/ college GPA and involvement. Within 24 hours I received and email with an invitation to a formal interview. I was sent a questionnaire to fill out and was instructed to make a Houzz profile and save photos to my dream living room. The formal interview was basically going over the questionnaire but I felt like they really wanted to get to know me and make sure my personality was right for the job and company culture. After that interview I was invited to a final role play interview where I was instructed to try to get a home improvement company to sign up for a free profile. After the mock phone call there was a 45 minute interview that was very similar to the first formal interview. Everyone was so friendly and you could tell that they all truly loved their jobs. My final interview was on a Friday and I was offered the position that next Wednesday.

Past work experience, college and high school involvement, what skills make a good sale person, your skills and weaknesses, explain a time you have felt failure and how did you overcome it
Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
The interview process was lengthy and you have to go through a fair amount of interviews. There are basic question & answer interviews, and then there was a simulated customer experience interview as well.

Very friendly and informal. First couple of rounds were online, than in-person. One of the steps required to do a mock conversation with a potential customer. Overall, a very positive experience.
