Houzz interview questions

Phone screen, pitched the glitz and glamour. After we got down to business she mentioned the starting salary for an account manager which is in line with what glassdoor mentions. I have 7 years experience and an MBA so i figured that would be taken into account. Nope. Offered me money for a recent grad with no experience. Actually i made about 5K more than their offer in the mid west in 2010 fresh out of undergrad so i flat out let her know i couldn't move forward for that. She mentioned as most recruiters do that their average earners bring in 6 figures, which is typically very very much inflated. I asked if i could speak to a variety of sales people to help me make my decision and see how accurate that was and she pushed back, which immediately let me know it wasn't true. She followed up a few days later asking if i had time to reconsider pulling myself from the process, but the salary they were willing to come up to still didnt beat what i made in 2010.

I received three interviews, the first was a phone interview briefly going over the position and basics of the company. The second was a skype interview which simply went over a questionnaire that I needed to fill out. The third interview was an in person role playing exercise
