Interview
I was called by phone to arrange an on-site interview a few days after I submitted my job application. During the interview, I was first shown around by my would-be boss, the office manager, and then I had a conversation with them. This lasted about 20 minutes. Then I had an interview with two more senior colleagues, this happened on Zoom in one of the office's conference rooms. Lastly, I had an interview with the HR representative – this part was in German. My German at the time was around level B2, so this part was difficult, but the interviewer was friendly and helpful without compromising her demandingness.

The most important questions were about my approach to office/facilities management, e.g. how I approach organisation and interaction with others, what do I like or would change about the office as it is now.
