When I was 16, I worked in Wilkinsons Dartford. My co worker was hard of hearing and didn't want to include himself in any social activities with the team members. My goal was to help so I sat with him more, interacted with him more, got him to join us on team member days out. He was more confident in himself and made himself a better co-worker too. Five years later he became Manager of the store and were still best of friends.
