Pros

Really lovely colleagues on shift

Cons

Too high of expectations of what can be achieved on shift with limited staff, the evening shift ends up with all work whilst morning gets away with doing nothing, manager has too many favourites hence why these things are problems and will insist that the staff are bullying the people that are the problem so they don’t have to deal with it themselves
