In the 6 yrs. I worked for Chico's as a store manager, I did not allow the co-workers to have a problem, if there was one we fixed it, the way I feel is we accept a job and you come in and do it. I f you cannot get over a personality that you do not like you can choose to leave or just ignore it and do your job, be an adult! There is always someone that you don't like, but it's part of life. Sometimes if you get to know the person you make actually like them. Give everyone a chance.
