At Chico's FAS, Inc., we prioritize supporting our retail teams by providing them with learning and development opportunities. Last week, our entire field leadership team came together at our Fort Myers campus to connect, attend product training sessions, and develop strategies for a successful holiday season and beyond. Our teams also had the opportunity to hear from FAS CEO Molly Langenstein, as well as other members of the Executive team to learn about what is happening across the organization and the power of our three brands. We took a moment to celebrate our successes and express our gratitude to everyone who made this event possible, including our leaders and retail teams. We are extremely grateful to be able to invest in our leaders and reinforce the strength of our “why” messaging.
