I don't like the word "deal" because it is a teaching experience for the child to talk about their feelings and what is bothering them. It is not always behavior related just typical age-appropriate things, disagreements with other peers. There may be a lot behind the scenes with the family and the child is crying for help. Being a great teacher during these "teaching times" will benefit you and the child. Learn all you can with education.
