Pros
Worked with some lovely people, friends for life, people looked out for each other. They made the days fun when they were tough, you build up an amazing friendship with the people you work with and they listen to you more than management. The pay is one of the highest in hull for nursery workers, but thats where they get you.
Cons
Staff turnover is horrendous, new people every month introducing themselves. You get an email probably every other day with training (which is amazing) but youre expected to do it in your own time! Its more a military operation more than a nursery. Very rarely you will see management in a room helping out, they have a lot to do in the office but sometimes we need help.
