At the end of the day we all have the same goal, getting flights out on time, if not, hoping flights leave period, and making sure everyone leaves safe. any conflicting perspectives can be resolved by reading policy and gaining clarification. Communicating the reasoning for doing certain things such as closing doors by D10 to carry-on limits, should alleviate any conflict. Understanding the other person's perspective is also key.
