My role as project coordinator is to ensure that all logistics for specialty conferences happen smoothly . I'm in charge scheduling shipments and making sure all internal personnel get their materials ready for shipment before the due date. I'm also in charge of making sure that all awards are processed and distributed to the awardees in a timely manner after each conference. I ensure that our team stays within our conference budget in reference to revenue and expenses,
