How is your expertise with their exact tech stack and dialect of SQL, ignoring that 90% of SQL dialects are basically the same?

Quite strong, used some flavor of SQL for 5 years, the tasks they required are not terribly advanced, and if they are remotely intelligent, the query performance tradeoffs they picked apart are not that important. Premature optimization was apparently a prerequisite over competence.
