There are 4 steps:
- Introductory Meeting (talk about experience and whatnot)
- Technical Interview (English Level, Code related, Cultural fit, and systems design)
- Technical Challenge (a live coding exercise, e.g: Codilty/HackerRank)
- They never called me back, after getting positive feedback in the previous steps
