Two non-technical people joined the meeting. They asked a few questions, for which they said they did not know what those "words mean". After asking such questions, they asked me to see a code in JS and to answer what that code is supposed to do, and that is the Big O. The problem is that i told them the code was wrong, it was a mix of python with JS, and it should not work, but i think the intention was just create a recursive function, to get an index from an array, just like array[0], which does not make sense. About the Big O, i also told them it would be hard to have a Big O, since the code was not correct, and the recursiveness was broken. 5 minutes after the interview, i received an email saying my skills was not compatible with the position.
