The process consisted of three rounds: an initial 30-minute HR screening covering background and motivation, followed by a technical phone interview with an engineer focused on machine learning fundamentals, coding, and a short system design discussion. The final round was a panel interview with two senior researchers and a hiring manager, which included deeper technical questions, a research presentation, and behavioural questions.
