Question 1
What do you know about the company and the position you applied?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Vienna)
Interview
From applying until getting called for the first interview, it took 2 months. The whole interview process took around 3-4 weeks. It was 4 steps interview. It started with the HR, it was quite straightforward and easy. Then to manager, to higher manage, and in the end was with the regional CTO. In the last three steps, the questions were really technical and a bit of behavioral questions.
They were really fast on contacting in between interviews, BUT after the last step, disappeared - no info of accept/reject. Left me hanging for more than a month - showed so much unprofessionalism.
