Three steps interview process based on following steps: on call initial screening, HR in person 1 to 1 interview and Hiring Manager in person 1 to 1 interview. The on call interview is more like a first contact from HR where they ask about your current work status, work start availability and salary expectations. The 1 to 1 HR interview is a 45 mins to one hour in person discussion where they go through your experience and they try to position you as a low experienced person so the salary offer will be lower. The 1 to 1 Hiring Manager interview is a 1 hour discussion about your specific skills and experiences from your current employer or previous ones.
