I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Taguig) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was reached by a Hiring Staff of Primus Knowledge Specialists, then scheduled for an Interview directly with a Hiring Manager and It's a 1-day process that only composed of an Technical Interview.
Several days after the interview, they didn't give any feedback in any type of form.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Vienna) in Aug 2024
Interview
First interview was held online, together with one person from HR and one Engineer. It was pretty standard, the atmosphere was casual and pretty friendly.
Second interview came after some time, as the HR person I first interviewed with left the company meanwhile. They invited me to another interview, this time inside the office. It was pretty much the same interview, only this time with one of the managers (who probably didn't got the chance to drink his morning coffee). Most of the questions were repeated, which I found unpleasant.
After the interview I was introduced to one of the team leads from the department, and was able to ask a couple of questions.
One downside was that the ICT position wasn't well explained during the interviews, only by the team lead afterwards.
