Interview
First I've received a test on a platform similar to Codility but it wants to access your camera and microphone. It is also recording the desktop. I've scored really good on that test and proceeded to the HR interview after that I've interviewed with a technical lead. After the technical interview another recruiter called me from Huawei and offered me to put me in another technical team with a different team. I told them I already interviewed with another team and waiting for the next step. She told me the first team I did interview was not really sure about getting another developer so they will not be hiring at this moment.
At this point I said okay than let's proceed with the other team and interviewed with the technical lead on the other team. I've passed this interview and asked to interview with a director for the department. After interviewing with the director I've received an email notifying that they will not proceed with me.
While this process continues I've received numerous calls from Huawei HR department for different openings and I've told them I have a process on going so I won't be able to start another one because Huawei doesn't allow that. They said okay we will get in touch with you if that doesn't works out. After the rejection I tried to reach my recruiter but no luck. No one is responding. I might be eligible for other openings but no one cares.

Can you talk about a challenge you've faced and how you overcame it in English?
It was good and online, the instructor was very good in comminitication and regardless of the answers it was a good experience overall. I recommend to try your chance to enter this company
two interviews; in the first interview, they asked CV-related questions; in the second, it was behavioral and asked for cultural fit. The second interview was with the Chinese manager, and it was a one-to-one interview.

It went smooth, 2 OA, 1 HR Call, 1 Technical Call, 1 Manager Call. All went well, they ask based on your title and field. SO get prepared for what you are applying for like which position you know.
