Actually I was interview before 2005. My resume was posted through internal network. Different branches gave me a phone interview and onsites. But when they found out I have been interveiw by different branches, they don't like it because they think it may waste their time. I finally got one offer. The interview process includes phone interview from HR, technical person, and onsite with technical questions. I was fresh at that time. The questions are not that crazy.

Very nice HR department and the management team was open to any questions from the candidate. The meetings lasted 30 minutes each and were very efficient. Lastly, very clear process for on boarding without anything complicated.
