Interview
Initially it was more than one hour viva. After selection they invited to have another viva with their hr and it was also an one hour viva and finally I had selected for that position.

Submit CV online, then on-site assessment centre with IQ test, group presentation and face to face with the hiring manager.
Many of the applicants have Chinese backgrounds with fluency in mandarin. Not sure if it helps but it might.
