After submitting the online application, I was required to fill out an additional form to confirm the same information, which seemed somewhat redundant. Furthermore, the interviewer struggled with English and was unable to effectively answer the questions I posed, which was quite disappointing. With a recruitment team of 17 individuals for an organization of approximately 2,500 employees, I have concerns about the efficiency and professionalism of the recruitment process.
