Huawei Technologies HR-Position interview questions

Thought there was good rapport, Role was quite niche. Fit was uncertain so no issues if the decision was a no. But, I was left without any response. No rejection email, no feedback—just silence. If this is how they treat candidates, I’d be concerned about how they treat employees. A simple follow-up would have made all the difference.
