Huawei Technologies Project Assistant interview questions

Informal interview - got invited for an interview with the Project Director and was asked for another interview a few days later, where I was suddenly asked to stay to speak with the head of region. It was a bit unstructured, but overall a good experience. Very relaxed setting. I later had an interview with HR, which was more formal with more prepared questions on my personality, work method etc. The informal nature of it made for a new, unsual experience, but it was okay.
