I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2020
Interview
Fairly straightforward. Easy application process. I was sent an email with follow-up questions that are your typical fare for this type of thing... "What made you want to pursue UX?" "Tell us about yourself."
After passing that round, I was sent an email for the next step in the interview process. I would have to send in video-recorded responses to questions flashed before the screen with no real prep, aside from a quick generic practice round. Just an FYI though--they do give you the opportunity to re-record your answers once at the very end!
