I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2020
Interview
Great, the recruiter and interviewers were patient and helpful throughout the process.
Had a phone interview 4 weeks after applying. Completed a technical Q/A test directly after this call which led to 4 interviews back to back a week later which was a bit exhausting. There were no real curve-ball questions but the technical test was long enough.
These interviews were with two staff members from the US and two from Dublin. All were lovely and provided feedback which was delivered by the original recruiter. It would have been nice to have been given the individual scoring/pointers/advice to see how the interview was scored, but I understand the need for anonymity and the broad feedback given was useful.
If you're not used to doing a technical interview role - I would say DEFINITELY over-mention the culture of this company, as well as really get into the nitty-gritty of the product; - I fell down on this. It was my first time going through this sort of process , but it was overall a very positive one, so I would commend the HubSpot team and would consider applying for another role in future.
