HubSpot Inbound Succes interview questions

It was more like an interrogation than an interview. I asked for a feedback, they confirmed that I will get one back but they just send me a generic email. I arrived to the 3rd interview and they said that I don't have enough experience. They knew from the beginning my experience, why did they say that at the end waisting my time? The interview was incomfortable.
