Interview
Brief email questionaire and then contacted by recruiter. Questions were scripted and the recruiter did not engage when I asked questions. I felt like the interview was a formality and that the recruiter was not fully paying attention. I did not receive an offer but I was very impressed by the culture of HubSpot. There are so many value-added features for customers and for their community at large. I have recommended the CRM to a number of people.
I asked about their HubSpot Culture Code. I was very impressed by these core values, the recruiter was surprised that I read thru the whole presentation.
First had call with recruiter, then had a call with one manager and finally an interview with 3 different managers, including the manager from round 2 (each for 30 minutes)

Question 1
I had to show how the product works, without knowing much about it, some general questions.
Interview process was tough, have to make sure you go through the assignment well and all the resources on Hubspot platform. Might be confusing for someone with no tech background. HR rep was very helpful.
