I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Initial interview with the recruiter who asked fairly basic questions about my background and why I wanted to work at HubSpot. I then moved ahead to interview with the Manager of the team after that who dove into the specific role a bit more and why my background would be suitable for this specific role
Very professional process, the recruiter acts like a coach along the way, sharing feedback and ideas how to improve. I learned lots and enjoyed the exchanges.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapore) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview was great. The recruiter called me to chat about my experience and then scheduled a call with the hiring manager, which went great. The only qualm was that the interview was 30 mins, and I felt the conversation was incomplete. They ended up hiring someone internally but told me that someone was better than me which was a bit sad; they could have been honest.
