Two interviews. The first was a basic interview with the HR representative. The second was with the Hubspot for Startups "Head of International". The initial interview was focused on my CV, experience, and some basic problem solving competencies. The second interview was orientated around Hubspots culture code, the role, and my experience in partnerships. I was encouraged to answer questions using the STAR method, and helpfully advised after my first interview to read thoroughly on Hubspots culture code. Both interviews were friendly, challenging and professional.
