The interview process was smooth. Had an initial call with the HR manager, before proceeding to the second round with the CSMs consisting of 2 x 45mins sessions of role play and product demonstration. The HR manager prepped me well for the session.

I had to show how the product works, without knowing much about it, some general questions.
Interview process was tough, have to make sure you go through the assignment well and all the resources on Hubspot platform. Might be confusing for someone with no tech background. HR rep was very helpful.
