Applied for the job online and heard back from the recruiter over the weekend. Gave availability and met with them to discuss the role. I reviewed the company and the interview processes referenced, but did not prepare behavioral questions/answers as that was not listed as a part of the process (my mistake!). The recruiter was late to the call and she seemed to be just checking off boxes more than trying to get to know me as a candidate. Her demeanor overall was rushed and uninterested. I even expressed how excited I was to be interviewing with such a great company and she didn't seem to care. I asked her a question about growth and she could not answer since she had only been at the company for two months. She asked if I had other questions and I noted I had a few more and she said that I needed to hurry up and ask them because she had another call (even though she was four minutes late to mine). I got an email the following week saying I wouldn't be moving forward, which is fine, but I wonder if the outcome would have been different had the recruitment approach been better than what I received. I still think HubSpot is a great company, and may apply for a role in the future, but my experience was subpar, at best.
