The interview process consisted of 5 long steps. From the call with a recruiter, through the call with a hiring manager, team lead, extensive presentation to four team stakeholders, and finally a call with the team director. It was far too long and pretty exhausting, to be honest, some questions have been repeated at different stages, which felt wearisome, even though the recruiter was great, tried to always communicate clearly and support as much as she could along the process. During the presentation, it also felt that they were fishing for great ideas to help them in their business conduct. They have also kept 3 candidates until the final 5th step, which I would have expected to be a maximum of 2. And lastly, the final feedback after all these steps was not too detailed, didn't really give me an opportunity to take away much. I understand they are busy, but everyone else is too. All in all, experience below expectations, particularly in the last stages, but with a great effort from the recruitment team.
