I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
The process took about 3 weeks and is of average experience. What's more unreasonable is the 3hr coding challenge which doesn't essentially test the candidate's skills - its a real world problem but there are better questions which are effective but only takes less time to complete.
First round - meet & greet with the recruiter.
Second round - coding challenge.
Third round - 2 interviews - One with hiring manager & Senior SDE. Both were charms and loved talking to them. They both are experts in interviewing and gives plenty of time for the candidate to think and explain the answers. Technical programming with SDE is html, css and js. Hiring manager was STAR based questions.
Fourth Round : 2 interviews - both with SDEs. The first interview was poorly conducted. She didn't listen to any of the approaches in solving and was constantly cutting me off. I suggest this interviewing strategy should not continue and interviewers be given sufficient training how to handle candidates.
The next round was average with technical questions on js.
Overall, I was not picked to move forward. It may not have mattered because I accepted another offer but my experience here is that one interviewer is enough to demonstrate the impression how bad the company culture is even though they claim it to be awesome. In my case I wouldn't want to be part of a team when someone who is not open to listening others ideas or constantly cutting me off.
Good luck all!

Interview
Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
