Pretty ridiculous if I am honest with you. I had 4 interviews, 2 with the same manager and a role play. One of the interviews was in German which was probably the best of the lot. All the interviewers were nice but some of the questions were very difficult and you need to think outside the box fast ie "Since redundancy, what have you learned, explain to me your thinking behind this?" "A major client is leaving at the moment, he wants a phone call. Tell me how you will save him". I did my best but fell at the last hurdle. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise as if that is their interview process well what is it like working for them! They gave me feedback which funny enough I had the same thoughts. However they suggested another job which had a process with 5 interviews in it with no compensation for what I went through. No thanks!!!!!
