I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
The first call was to go over who I was and why HUBSPOT. There were also a few behavioral questions. Be yourself and be honest but more important be prepared. The 2nd interview consisted of me creating a landing page, knowing the different between a workflow and sequence, making sure that I understood their services and had a good troubleshooting process. You’re not expected to know it all but you should be able to role play and not break character. The last interview was with 3 managers for about 30 minutes each. There are ton of behavioral questions and more of getting to know you. The interview process was stressful but also professional and great for vetting people. Best advice I have is
DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
- Know the services and offerings
- create a free account and look around.
- Follow their instagram and other pages
- Review hubspots enormous knowledge center
- learn the company history and really ask yourself why hubspot? Then answer that question
- review and answer random behavioral questions
- YouTube their recruiting team
- don’t be generic

Interview
Three rounds:
