Interview
The interview process with HubSpot was very fair. Definitely one of the tougher interviews I've experienced before but I appreciate that they did their due diligence to find both a culture match and someone who could succeed at the role.

I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Recruiter Screen,
1:1 with Hiring Manager,
Panel with Hiring Manager and Senior Leader,
30/60/90 Presentation
Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
