I was referred by a friend. Firstly, about a week after my referral I was contacted by a recruiter, Andrew via email. We arranged to speak the following day. The conversational was very friendly and conversational. I was asked why i was inspired to apply and what attracted me to the company. I would advise knowing a lot about HEART and the culture code and weave these into your answers. Apart from that, I pretty much went over my CV and Andrew went into detail about the job and the company. The call was exactly 30 minutes. I was asked about my salary expectations in this interview so have a think about this before the call. At the end of the call Andrew told me I would be proceeding to the next round with the hiring manager. This was arranged the same day. Andrew gave me some really helpful tips for this as well and encouraged me to ask questions. I had my zoom call with the hiring manager the following week. Again, it was 30 minutes and we went into more detail on my CV, but the conversation remained conversational and friendly. Again, have HEART and the culture code in mind at all times and try to weave it in where possible. But mostly, be yourself. I also had the opportunity to ask questions. For this I would encourage you to know as much about the company and role as possible. There are so many handy tips on the website too. A few days later I received an email to let me know I was going into the third, and final, round. This involved three zoom interviews with 1-2 people, all 30 mins each. Before the interview you will know who is interviewing you, what area they are focusing on (such as initiative, motivation etc.) so you can prepare. I would encourage you to be read with a lot of stories that showcase each area. Again, there will be time for questions so prepare these again. It was a long hour and a half but everyone was so friendly and each 30 minutes seemed to fly by. It took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my offer. Obviously to me this felt like a lifetime but it was worth it in the end! I was still in touch with Andrew who was very apologetic and always kept me in the loop, even when there was no news which really helped put my mind at ease. All in all, it was a difficult 5 weeks but t was so worth it and I cant wait to join the team! I hope this review helps anyone currently going through the process. GOOD LUCK!
