Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. The whole process took around 4 days. There was an initial recruiter call, after that they sent me a 3 hr assessment. I finished that the same day and later scheduled for final virtual onsite in the next couple of days. I thought it went well, but dint get the offer. In the feedback I was told that my technical was string but my non technical aspect were not up to the company standards.
My recruiter was really helpful and also gave quick response. My recruiter also gave me a good prep material where she gave the questions they were going to ask in the interview. Ask your interviewer about the system design questions they are going to ask in the interview before hand. The prep material also contains behavioral questions too which they are going to ask.

Standard coding round and system design rounds. The interviewers were respectful. The constantly kept changing the recruiters. The process is a bit disorganized. And the end of the interviews I was told there were no roles.

Interview
Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
