The recruiter was excellent, positive attitude and transparent throughout the whole process. The interview team was another story. They appeared unhappy, no joy, they read from the interview guide and wasn’t listening to my stories, One kept asking me the same questions that I’ve already answered. There was no personality or connection, no “real” talk. I would have expected more from a HR leadership panel. It made me realize the grass is not greener on the other side.
