The interview went well the first round and was ultimately told by the recruiter that I would be moving to the next round to do a mock call with the hiring manager. I spent a lot of my time (which I rarely have any of) preparing for this interview and learning about the product. Hours preparing. The day before my interview I was told by the recruiter that I did not have enough experience - why did I move to the next round? I was extremely disappointed with this experience and frustrated by the time I had wasted preparing for the roleplay. Not just that, but the hiring manager called me thinking I was late for our interview - the recruiter never cancelled it. Terrible experience.
